一. ABS材料(ABS RESIN)

　　1. ABS具有极高的光泽度, 优良的流动性以及均匀的颜色,并能提供中等至较高冲击强度的各种品级.
　　1. ABS has superior gloss consistent color base whiteness with excellent flow and offers a range of medium to high impact grades.

　　2. ABS的多功能性來源于其三种组成单体丙烯睛,丁二烯和苯乙烯。

　　3. Acrylonitrile primarily offers chemical resistance and thermostability; Butadiene delivers toughness and impact and the Styrene component provides ABS with rigidity and processability. These are polymerised in modern production facilities to have the ABS products.

　　4. ABS offers a balance of strength, toughness, high gloss, processability, colourability, non-toxicity, high dimensional accuracy and stability. It has good electrical insulation properties, resistance to many aggressive media which is largely due to the amorphous structure of the polymer.

　　5. Finished parts can be made from ABS by injection
molding, extrusion and thermoforming technique. In addition, ABS lends itself to secondary processing such as plating, painting and a large number of other secondary processing forms.

　　1. Polycarbonate is an amorphous engineering thermoplastic that combines high levels of mechanical, optical, electrical and thermal properties. This combination of physical properties makes it one of all engineering thermoplastics available. The unique family of PC resins provides designers with new opportunities for innovative, cost-effective design and products offering a high degree of safety and durability in service.

　　2. PC树脂暴露于水中通常能保持稳定. 然而, 如果用PC做成的产品长时间暴露于热水中或高温, 潮湿环境中可能会发生变质和脆化. 建议在这些条件下的最高温度为70℃。
　　2. PC resins normally remain stable when exposed to water. However, crazing and /or embrittlement may occur if a part molded from PC resin is exposed to hot water or a hot, high humidity environment over time. A maximum environmental temperature of 70℃ is recommended under these conditions.
