PA6化学名称聚己内酰胺,熔点220度,热分解温度大于310度,相对密度1.14,吸水率(23度水中24小时)1.8%,具有优良的耐磨性和自润滑性,机械强度高,耐热性、电绝缘性能好,低温性能优良能自熄,耐化学药品性好,特别是耐油性优良。PA66化学名称为聚己二酰己二胺,熔点260~265度,突出的特点是熔点高,加工温度很窄,大约10度左右,因此,对加工条件的确定较难掌握。另外,PA66对水较敏感,微量的水分便可使其水解,使相对分子质量变小,所以必须严格控制其水含量。
